Winter Camping: Femundsmarka Report

Three nights at −18°C in Femundsmarka National Park. The Basecamp sleeping bag kept me comfortable down to −15°C; at −18°C I added a silk liner which brought the comfort level back up.
Snow conditions: 80 cm base with a firm crust, ideal for ski touring. Set up camp near Femunden lake. The Nordvind tent handled 45 km/h gusts overnight without issues.
Cooking setup: MSR Reactor stove worked reliably at altitude and low temps. Fuel consumption was about 20% higher than summer use. Brought 500 g of gas for 3 days — returned with roughly 100 g remaining.
