Warranty Policy
All Nordic Trails products are covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What's Covered
- Seam failures and stitching defects
- Zipper malfunctions not caused by misuse
- Delamination of waterproof membranes
- Buckle and hardware failures
- Down leakage through fabric (not seams)
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (abrasion, fading, compression of insulation)
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care
- Modifications or alterations to the product
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Repair Services
Even if your issue isn't covered by warranty, our Bergen repair workshop can fix most problems. Zipper replacements start at €15, fabric patches at €20, and re-waterproofing treatments at €25. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks.
