We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nordic Trails purchase. If something isn't right, here's how to return or exchange it.

Return Policy

How to Return

  1. Email returns@nordictrails.example.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. You will receive a prepaid return label within 1 business day
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at any postal service point
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We process exchanges free of charge. Contact us with your order number, and we will ship the replacement as soon as the return is in transit. Exchange shipping is always free within Scandinavia.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please see our warranty page. Defective items are handled separately from standard returns and are not subject to time limits.
