Yes, we ship to all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland, and the United States. International orders over €150 include free shipping. Customs duties may apply for non-EU destinations.
What is your return policy?

Can I wash my down jacket in a washing machine?
Yes, but use a front-loading machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C with a down-specific detergent (we recommend Nikwax Down Wash Direct). Tumble dry on low heat with two clean tennis balls to restore loft. Never use fabric softener.
How do I claim warranty on a defective product?

All Nordic Trails products undergo field testing above the Arctic Circle. Our testing program includes 30-day expeditions in Svalbard, winter camping in Finnish Lapland, and coastal exposure tests on the Lofoten Islands.
Can I get my old Nordic Trails gear repaired?
